January is well and truly upon us and with the old adages of "New Year, New Me", new fitness trends creeping in and other slogans being branded about in the media it's hard to not get bogged down with the seemingly never-ending grey days and the worrisome January Blues.
Nowadays, with work and adult-ing we can all to readily give in to the gloom of the brand new year and resign ourselves to the monotony of this routine.
But, this year, we’re changing our tune. There is so much promise that comes with January and that gets us up and out of bed!
It can often be a time for reflection on the past year, set aside time to be creative whether that is by cooking a veggie-packed home cooked meal or by starting to plan your next adventure there are always creative ways to combat the sluggish start to the New Year.
